Art Fight is done once more, so now I can rest easy after working so hard during the month. Hope y'all enjoyed all the stuff I made this year, I had a lot of fun making it! Not sure what else to say, I'm making this post mainly so I don't have my Art Fight card as the first thing on my page now that it's over...

Hello people of the funny box. Spectacles is here once more to update the -2 people who care about what is going on! Well, 2023 is over, it was ok, but with personnel life things, my art output lowered drastically. I haven't been able to get it back up since. Not to mention college kicking me down even more. Everyone's made very nice 'last art of 2023' type things. I wanted to make one too and had an idea, but like so many others, I didn't even start to work on it. That's just what my art's become now, mountains of ideas I never actually put down. That's also why I didn't bother with a funny end-of-year art recap image, with how little I've made, it feels like a waste of time..

I'd like to say 2024 will be better, but I'm more worried than anything. I've got even more college to get through now, and I'm starting to fear these classes are sapping are motivation I have for art. I have ideas, but ideas aren't worth anything if you can't get them down. I'd like to just say I'll get through it, but that's exactly what I said last time as well.

Despite how rough it’s been, my art friends have been very helpful in getting through these bad times. And the support you folks have given me has meant the absolute world, even with how little I even post here. So thank you all so much for the encouragement, I’ll try to make it worth you while! ‘:)

Hello everyone!

Today is my last day of summer break, and my life as a silly student will continue once more. It'll be my last year of high school, and I might be able to finish it in a single semester, which is nice.

On top of that I still have more college classes to get through this year, but those won't start for another month or so.

Point is, my summer break has come to a close. It was fun, kinda wish I drew more stuff and tried to learn new stuff. But sometimes life just rolls the bones a little too short. In any case, I'm'a keep pushin' forward.

Art may slow down, but I'll try to at least get stuff done as often as I can. I have a rare condition called, I Don't Feel Like It, so it can be hard to do sometimes.

Whatever comes next, I can't wait for the next thing I draw! Or.. maybe... model!?

Hello people of the funny box, I'm just making this post to wish everyone a happy Pride Month as it comes to a close. We had a real good round.

I wanted to make something to celebrate the end of it, but unfortunately that brings me to the bad news.

I'm on vacation!

A vacation my parents ROYALLY messed up!

So I'm way too exhausted to do anything in the 4 hours I have left. What's more, my art process is probably gonna tank doing vacation activities and in general being uncomfortable in this place. It sucks and I wish I wasn't here.

Anyways back to cool stuff, hope everyone had a happy Pride Month! Let's Make Wrath Month even better!

Spectacles' House Of Horrors!

"House Of Horrors?" you may ask. Well, Newgrounds is already a pretty good place to store all my arts 'n such, and I don't like how Tumblr compresses my image quality, so I won't mainly be using it for art much. Rather, since Twitter sucks and I wanna save my NG blog for art and serious stuffs, I feel Tumblr is the prefect place for me to just post whatever dumb garbage I want for the internet to see! That's why it's "Horrors."

It's also a pretty good place if you wanna ask me a question about me or my dumb animal characters.

Sooooo yeah, come check out my Tumblr if ya want! Dumb memes, low effort art, and snarky replies. I already got 3 pornbots following me, so you know it's gonna be good!

I'm nearing the end of this college class, last class and my last project due date is Wednesday. I've barely even started on it and have barely any motivation or willpower to get it done. Will I muster the willpower to finish it before it's due and potentially lose enough points to fail the entire class? Eh IDK anymore, I'm exhausted.

I've also lost a lot of motivation for art stuffs as well, I do have some really tempting ideas for animations all of a sudden, but that very word alone practically guarantees it's not gonna happen. Eh...

Things have just been pretty meh as of late. Not even an entire spring break home alone has made it better. Eugh... here's to hoping things'll get better once this class is over and I can have more time to myself, new arts coming soon-ish.

Welp! Uh...... so my house burned down.... It

Went to investigate a smok smell and just saw my parents' bathroom with a giant orange haze coming out and immediately booked it down with my mom, dog, and 'puter. Me and my family are all ok, including the dog, and thankfully I saved my computer, which has most of my art and work files.

Everything on the 1st and 2nd floor has been completely wrecked, thankfully I live in the basement which seems to be ok mostly. But I left my Switch outside so that's gone too. We're staying at a friend's house until we find a more permanent place to stay. Thankfully we do have insurance and my family is fortunate enough to be able to bounce back in due time. But for now, expect even more time between arts 'n whatnot.

College is back baby!

College is back baby! Actually I had my 1st class 2 days ago, but still it's back, and my free time is gonna plummet!

So, uh, yeah I'll probably be posting less art from here on, or rather, I'll be going back to the same, December was more like a break period of free time. 10 more weeks of school, oh boy I'm so 'cited.

On the other hand, design does appear to be an interesting class, who knows maybe I'll learn a thing or two that isn't realistic drawing techniques I'll never use because real people are boring. Eh, only time will tell.
